Abstract

"PROCESSOS PARA REJUVENESCIMENTO DE UM CATALISADOR DE SìNTESE DE HIDROCARBONETO PARTICULADO E PARA SìNTESE DE HIDROCARBONETOS EM LAMA". Um catalisador de síntese de hidrocarboneto reversivelmente desativado em uma lama de síntese de hidrocarboneto é rejuvenescido por passagens sucessivas da lama através de pelo menos dois estágios de rejuvenescimento externos ao reator de lama, cada um dos quais compreende uma zona de rejuvenescimento seguida por uma zona de remoção de gás de topo. Isto é realizado usando-se um tubo de elevação fora do reator pelo qual a lama do reator passa e contata um gás rejuvenescedor de catalisador para parcialmente rejuvenescer as partículas de catalisador e formar um gás de topo do rejuvenescimento. A mistura de gás e lama passa para um vaso no qual o gás é removido da lama. O gás de rejuvenescimento é borbulhado na lama do vaso para rejuvenescer adicionalmente o catalisador. Um tubo de descida removedor de gás remove gás da lama no vaso antes que ela volte para o reator. O gás de rejuvenescimento também age como um gás de elevação no tubo ascendente.
