Abstract

Patente de Invenção "PROCESSO DE EPOXIDAçãO USANDO COMPOSIçãO DE CATALISADOR HETEROGêNEO APERFEIçOADA" Catalisadores de epoxidação, altamente ativos e seletivos, são preparados por combinação de sílica, ou similares, com uma solução de hidrocarboneto não oxigenado de halogeneto de titânio, remoção do solvente, calcinação em uma temperatura elevada (de preferência, em uma atmosfera substancialmente livre de oxigênio) e, opcionalmente, reação com água e sililação. Os materiais resultantes são catalisadores heterogêneos úteis para a transformação de olefinas, para formar epóxidos, usando-se hidroperóxidos orgânicos.
