Abstract

<B>MéTODO DE CRIOPRESERVAR CALO DE PLANTA<D> Um método para criopreservar calo de planta sem o uso de crioprotetores ou congeladores programáveis. O calo é disperso em um suporte físico, cultivado em um meio suplementado com um osmoticum, dessecado sob condições controladas, colocado diretamente em armazenagem fria, e pode ser avivado por descongelamento. O calo de crescimento ativo de diversas espécies pode ser criopreservado utilizando a presente invenção.
