Abstract

"SISTEMA DE CATALISADOR PARA SìNTESE DE ALTO RENDIMENTO DE POLIOLEFINAS". Sistema de catalisador para síntese de alto rendimento de poliolefinas e processo parra a polimerização de um monómero de olefina, ou de um monómero de olefina e um ou mais comonómeros, para produzir um polímero, sendo o processo realizado em um reator de polimerização na presença de um sistema de catalisador de polimerização de olefina suportado produzido a partir de componentes de catalisador compreendendo: 1) um componente de material de suporte desidratados; 2) um componente de complexo de metaloceno compreendendo um ou mais complexos de metaloceno usados em uma faixa de carga total de aproximadamente 0,1 a aproximadamente 25 Ámol de complexo de metaloceno/grama de componente de material de suporte; 3) um componente ativador compreendendo um ou mais ativadores usados em uma faixa de razões molares de moles totais de ativador para moles totais de complexo de metaloceno de aproximadamente 0,5 a aproximadamente 2,5; onde o sistema de catalisador é usado em uma concentração de catalisador na faixa de aproximadamente 0,01 a aproximadamente 6 moles de catalisador ativo/mol de monómero, e um resultado de eficiência de catalisador que é pelo menos de 2,4 x 10^ 7^ g de polímero/grama mol de catalisador/hora.
