Abstract

A presente invenção refere-se a uma camada estrutural de uma camada de papelão em espiral, sendo o módulo de elasticidade E na direção transversal da máquina (Cd) da camada estrutural, substancialmente mais elevado do que 4500 MPa. Além disso, o módulo de elasticida E na direção da máquina (MD) da camada estrutural é substancialmente mais elevada do que 7500 MPa (N/mmC^ 2^ ). A invenção também se essa camada estrutural. A presente invenção refere-se ainda a um processo para aperfeiçoar a rigidez de um núcleo de papelão em espiral. Os núcleos de papelão de acordo com a invenção poderão ser manufaturados pela utilização, seja somente ou parciaestruturais manufaturado, por exemplo, com um processo chamado de secagem por prensa. O papelão baseado no processo de secagem por prensa pode ser manufaturado, por exemplo, com uma máquina de papelão que emprega um processo chamado de Condebelt.
