Abstract

<B><MU>TEXTURA TRIDIMENSIONAL, POROSA, EXPANDIDA MACROSCOPICAMENTE, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR A MESMA E PEçA DE VESTUáRIO DOTADA DE PARTES ELASTOMéRICAS<MV><D>. A presente invenção refere-se a uma textura elastomérica, porosa, expandida macroscopicamente, tridimensional, adequada para o uso em partes elastificadas de artigos absorventes descartáveis tais como bandagens, fraldas e calças de treinamento tipo fralda de puxar para cima. De acordo com uma concretização preferida, a textura é dotada de uma primeira superfície contínua e de uma segunda superfície descontínua remota em relação à primeira superfície. Uma textura elastomérica da presente invenção compreende de preferência uma película formada dotada de pelo menos duas camadas poliméricas, com pelo menos uma das camadas sendo uma elastómero e pelo menos uma das outras camadas sendo uma camada de pele substancialmente menos elastomérica. De acordo com uma concretização preferida, a textura elastomérica exibe uma multiplicidade de aberturas principais na primeira superfície da textura, sendo as aberturas principais definidas no plano da primeira superfície por uma rede contínua de elementos de interligação. Cada elemento de interligação exibe uma seção transversal de forma cóncava ascendentemente ao longo do seu comprimento. Os elementos de interligação terminam substancialmente simultaneamente uns com os outros para formarem uma segunda abertura no plano da segunda superfície da textura. Expõe-se igualmente um processo para produzir a textura elastomérica da presente invenção que compreende proporcionar uma película elastomérica de diversas camadas, suportar a película em uma estrutura de formação, e aplicar um diferencial de pressão de fluido através da espessura da película de diversas camadas. O diferencial de pressão de fluido é suficientemente grande para fazer com que a película de diversas camadas se conforme à estrutura de suporte e se rompa em pelo menos partes da película formada.
