Abstract
Patente de Invenção:<B>"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE FOLHAS DE LIGA DE ALUMìNIO"<D>. Processo para produção de um produto de liga de alumínio adequado para uso na fabricação de partes automotivas e exibindo um efeito de cordagem reduzido. O processo envolve a produção de um produto de folhas de liga de alumínio através da fundição direta de uma liga de alumínio para forma um lingote fundido, homoge a fim de formar um produto de calibre intermediário, laminação a firo do produto de calibre intermediário a fim de formar um produto de calibre final, e sujeição do produto de calibre final a um tratproduto até uma temperatura de solubilização, seguida por uma etapa pré-envelhecimento envolvendo o olamento acima de 50°C, enrolamento do produto resfriado na temperatura de enrolamento, e resfriamento do produto de calibre final do enrolamento da temperatura de enrolamento acima de 50°C até a temperatura ambiente em uma taxa menor do que cerca de 10°C por hora a fim de melhorar as características de tempera T8X do produto. Adicionalmente, uma etapa de recozimento do lote é realizada no produtodiário da laminação a frio para reduzir ou eliminar as tendências de cordagem do produto de folha de1,1% em peso de magnésio; 0,3 a 1,4% em peso de silício; 0 a 1,0% em peso de cobre; 0 a 0,4% em peso de ferro; 0 a 0,15% em peso de manganês; 0 a 0,15% de impurezas de ocorrência natural (total coletivo); e alumínio equilibrado.
