Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"AGENTE DE REVESTIMENTO PARA C‰MARA DE CARBONIZAçãO DE FORNOS DE COQUE E MéTODO DE SUA APLICAçãO"<D>. A presente invenção apresenta uma camada de revestimento do forno de coque que tem uma alta resistência, uma alta resistência ao impacto e uma excelente lisura permitir a proteção a longo prazo do tijolo refratário do forno de coque. O carbono aderido ao tijolo pode ser removido mediante a aspersão de um agente de revestimento com uma camada de esmalte vitrificado, composto principalmente por 18% a 70% em peso de SiO~ 2~ e 10% a 60% em peso de Na~ 2~O e/ou K~ 2~O e que contém um ou uma pluralidade de 2% a 14% em peso de P~ 2~O~ 5~, 0,5% a 25% em peso de BaO, 0,5% e 25% em peso de SrO e 0,5% a 20% em peso de Fe~ 2~O~ 3~, sobre a superfície de um tijolo refratário a alta temperatura, obtendo, desse modo, uma excelente camada de revestimento.
