Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO DE SOLDAGEM MIG DE ASPERSãO MODULADA"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um processo e dispositivo de soldagem MIG com proteção gasosa e com regime de aspersão modulada do alumínio, em particular das ligas de alumínio ou aços inoxidáveis, no qual se opera uma modulação da corrente a uma freq³ência de modulação inferior a 60 Hz. O gás de proteção contém pelo menos 90% de hélio, de argónio ou de uma de suas misturas, e de no máximo 1,95% de pelo menos um composto gasoso minoritário, escolhido dentre o oxigênio e o dióxido de carbono. Esse processo permite obter uma desgaseificação eficaz da maior parte do hidrogênio propagável, capaz de se achar no banho de metal em fusão e melhorar o aspecto e a qualidade dos cordões de soldadura assim realizados sobre as peças ou equipamentos destinados à indústria do transporte ferroviário, naval, aeronáutico, rodoviário ou espacial, ou à indústria química, petroquímica, eletrónica, nuclear ou agroquímica.
