Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"CAIXA DIVISORA DE FLUXO PARA CONDUZIR LOBO DE PERFURAçãO PARA UNIDADES DE SEPARAçãO DE LODO DE PERFURAçãO"<D>. Trata-se de uma caixa divisora de fluxo disposta debaixo de uma unidade de separação de lodo com tela raspadora de laço contínuo que é acionada em um laço contínuo transportando e descarregando grandes quantidades de sólidos de perfuração na extremidade das unidades de separação no mar ou em um poço reserva. A caixa divisora de fluxo possui um alojamento tipo caixa com uma série de aberturas para redistribuir ou separar a cadeia de fluxo de fluido, o fluido de perfuração ou o lodo de perfuração, no caminho do fluxo da unidade de separação e seletivamente fornecer o fluido de perfuração ou o lodo de perfuração para diversos agitadores de xisto no processo de separar os sedimentos obtidos a partir de um furo de poço. A caixa divisora de fluxo possui uma série de caixas divisoras de coleta disposta abaixo da unidade separadora que separa e redistribui o fluido de perfuração ou o lodo de perfuração, a montante do equipamento de controle de sólidos convencional do sistema de lodo de um equipamento de perfuração. As caixas coletoras individuais são retangulares, defletidas e possuem portas ajustáveis paralelas à caixa divisora de fluxo, capazes de duplicar a capacidade da ponta. Isto resulta em uma ponta hidrostática aumentada que permite que altas taxas de fluxo sejam facilmente processadas.
