Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"CAIXA DIVISORA DE DESVIO PARA UNIDADE SEPARADORA DE LAMA DE PERFURAçãO"<D>. Uma caixa divisora de desvio disposta a montante dos equipamentos convencionais de controle de materiais sólidos de um sistema de lama de um equipamento de perfuração contém uma unidade de separação de lama de perfuração possuindo uma tela de raspagem de circuito contínuo que é acionada em circuito fechado para separar, transportar e descarregar grandes quantidades de greda argilosa, argilas pesadas e materiais sólidos de perfuração na extremidade da unidade de separação. A caixa divisora de fluxo é o alojamento semelhante a uma caixa com uma placa vertedora, placas de amortecimento superiores e inferiores e uma grade que permite orientar seletivamente uma lama de perfuração ou um fluido de perfuração para a unidade separadora de lama para separação anteriormente à passagem para o equipamento convencional de controle de materiais sólidos situado a jusante ou permitindo que o fluido efetue um percurso contornando a unidade de separação e fluindo diretamente para o equipamento convencional de controle de materiais sólidos.
