Uma fundição com matriz integral de seção de cilindro, seção de cabeçote e seção de tampa de cabeçote é obtida por meio de um bloco 1 substancialmente em ângulos reto, uma tampa de admissão 2 afixada a um par de superfícies laterais opostas ao bloco 1, e uma tampa de corrente de came 3 são providos, e entre o bloco 1 e a tampa de admissão 2 dividi-se uma camisa de água 45, uma porção para conexão a uma porta de admissão 18, e uma seção para suprimento de óleo para uma árvore de cames 6. Uma câmara de corrente 32 é formada entre o bloco 1 e a tampa de corrente de came 3, e ao mesmo tempo, uma bomba de água acionada pela corrente de came 35 é suportada.
