Abstract

<B>"APERFEIçOAMENTO EM CINTO DE SEGURANçA COM PRETENSIONADOR"<D>, compreendendo uma carcaça (1), onde um carretel (10) e previsto para enrolar e desenrolar automaticamente um cadarço, porém, em conjunto com vários dispositivos de segurança, ou seja, o cinto incorpora duplo meio de atuação da haste de travamento (37), em que o primeiro é um sensor de inércia (SI) e o segundo é um sensor do veículo (SV), de forma a assegurar ao conjunto meios de atuação do cinto de segurança quer pelo movimento do veículo como pelo movimento brusco do passageiro, sendo que, ainda, no mesmo conjunto, é incluído um mecanismo pretensionador (7), que funciona com eixo de torção (63) e carga de projeção (75), cuja detonação provoca a expansão de gases no interior do tubo (71) lançando o êmbolo (77) contra a cremalheira (78) que, por sua vez, desloca-se ao longo do tubo (71) para ser acumulada no interior do compartimento (79), porém, antes disso, faz girar a engrenagem (68) e com ela gira também o carretel (10), enrolando o cadarço do cinto de segurança, de modo a eliminar completamente qualquer folga entre o mesmo e o usuário, mantendo-o junto ao banco e, conseq³entemente, aumenta a sua segurança.
