Abstract

"ENVOLTóRIO DE PENUMáTICO". Envoltório de penumático utilizável sobre aro com protuberância, caracterizado pelo fato de que cada friso apresenta os seguintes pontos: a) ele possui um cordonel principal em torno do qual é enrolada a lona de carcaça e um cordonel secundário disposto fora da lona de carcaça; b) o diâmetro interior do cordonel principal depois de montagem sob re o aro é superior ao diâmetro do vértice da protuberância e seu alongamento elástico máximo é no máximo igual a 1,5 % ; c) antes de montagem sobre o aro, o diâmetro exterior do cordonel secundário é inferior do diâmetro interior do cordonel principal; depois de montagem sobre o aro, o diâmetro interior do cordonel secundário é inferior ao diâmetro do vértice da protuberância; o diâmetro interior do cordonel secundário depois de montagem sobre o aro é superior de 1,5 a 3 % ao diâmetro interior do cordonel secundário antes de montagem sobre o aro e o alongamento elástico máximo do cordonel secundário é de pelo menos 3%.
