Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA O REVESTIMENTO COM MATERIAL SINTéTICO DE CITNAS METáLICAS ATRAVéS DE EXTRUSãO DIRETA"<D>. Neste processo para revestimento com material sintético de cintas metálicas através do processo de extrusão direta, a cinta metálica é movida e aquecida na sua direção longitudinal por meio de um bocal de fenda larga, uma película de material sintético fundido termplástico é diretamente aplicada em uma face de cinta metálica movimentada, sendo esta película de material sintético comprimido contra a cinta metálica, sendo atravessando por uma fenda entre dois roletes, dos quais o rolete (rolete laminador) que enconsta na película de material sintético é mantida abaixo da temperatura de fusão do material sintético. Eventualmente, a outra face da cinta metálica será revestida da mesma maneira com uma película de material sintético. No revestimento de uma cinta de aço esta será aquecida por uma temperatura de tal ordem que na região da aplicação da película de material sintético liquefeita apresenta uma temperatura que está situada acima do ponto de fusão do respectivo material sintético. Entre o rolete (rolete laminador) comprimido contra a película de material sintético ou uma cinta (cinta laminada) contínua, comprimida contra a película de material sintético, é produzido contato superficial, o qual, por meio de avanço sincronizado das superfícies reciprocamente contactadas da película de material sintético e do rolete laminador, ou seja da cinta laminada, é preservada durante o tempo de contato, ou seja extensão de contato, que é suficiente para que, com uma velocidade de cinta mínima de 50 m/mim, para resfriar ao menos a camada superficial de película de material sintético com uma taxa resfriamento máximo de 400 W/mu°C para um índice de temperatura que se situa ao menos em 20°Cm abaixo do ponto de fusão do respectivo material sintético, antes de ser separado o contato entre a película de material sintético eo rolete laminador, ou seja a cinta laminada. Em um tratamento sequencial terminal, a cinta metálica assim revestida será aquecida para uma temperatura na faixa de uma temperatura de fusão e finalmente será bruscamente resfriada para uma temperatura abaixo de 40°C.
