São fornecidos novos derivados de dipeptídeo, tais como metil éster de N-3,3-dimetilbutil-<244>-L-aspartil-<244>-metil-L-fenilalanina e metil éster de N-3,3-dimetilbutil-<244>-L-aspartil-<244>-metil-L-tirosina e agentes adoçantes compreendendo, como o ingrediente ativo, qualquer um dos derivados e seus sais, sendo agentes adoçantes de baixa caloria que são excelentes em estabilidade, segurança e grau de doçura. São também fornecidos os produtos que foram adoçados, compreendendo tais agentes adoçantes acima.
