Abstract
"CONTROLE DO INTERVALO DA TAXA DE BATIMENTOS CARDìACOS PARA O TREINAMENTO DO INTERVALOS CARDIOPULMONAR" O treinamento de intervalos cardiopulmonar entre uma taxa de batimentos cardíacos elevada de um usuário e uma taxa de batimentos cardíacos baixa do usuário é obtido com um aparelho de exercícios (10, 60) mediante o aumento da carga (130) do aparelho de exercícios (10, 60) a uma primeira taxa predeterminada, até a carga máxima da máquina (134) ou a taxa de batimentos cardíacos elevada (132) ser atingida. Quando ocorre esse evento, a carga pode então ser mantida (136) a um nível fixo por um tempo predeterminado.
