Abstract

<B>BOMBA PROPULSORA COM CILINDRO DUPLO<D>. é revelada uma bomba propulsora com cilindro duplo. Na bomba acima, o rotor de cilindro duplo é dotado de um meio de vedação elástico para remover qualquer folga da junção entre o rotor e a garganta de um invólucro de bomba com o rotor sendo posicionado em seu ponto morto superior ou inferior. Em um mecanismo de engrenagem de transmissão da bomba acima, o eixo de acionamento não engata diretamente com o eixo acionado, porém engata indiretamente com o eixo acionado através de duas engrenagens loucas. Em cada uma das engrenagens loucas, tanto uma engrenagem concêntrica circular como uma engrenagem excêntrica elíptica são comumente montadas em um eixo, desse modo formando uma engrenagem dupla. As duas engrenagens excêntricas elípticas engatam-se mutuamente, enquanto as duas engrenagens concêntricas circulares engatam-se com as engrenangens de acionamento e acionada, respectivamente, desse modo reduzindo eficazmente ruídos e vibrações operacionais durante uma operação de bombear.
