Abstract

DESVULCANIZAçãO CONTìNUA DE BORRACHA"<D>. Um aparelho para a desvulcanização de borracha vulcanizada ou de material polimérico reticulado tem um porção de exposição ultra-sónica que inclui um corpo que forma um canal de exposição através do qual as partículas do material fluem e um gerador ultra-sónica que inclui uma corneta que se estende geralmente transversal à direção do fluxo de material. O aparelho também tem uma porção de pré-condicionamento para alimentar as partículas para o canal de exposição ultra-sónico. O método para desvulcanização de borracha ou de material polimérico reticulado compreende as etapas de pré-condicionar e alimentar as partículas do material, incluindo aquecer as partículas; alimentar as partículas através de umculas à energia ultra-sónica progada em uma direção direção transversal à direção do canal para efetuar a desvulcanização rompendo as ligações químicas dentro do mateiral.
