Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR ARTIGOS DE ESPUMA EM MULTICAMADAS". é divulgado um processo para preparar um artigo de espuma em multicamadas tal como um assento automotivo. Um molde é arranjado tal que a superfície de fundo do molde seja plana ou inclinada de até 40 gruas com relação ao plano horizontal. A primeira formulação de espuma líquida projetada para para prduzir uma espuma flexível é despejada para dentro do, molde a partir de uma saída de cabeçote misturador em filetes através da zona de assentamento ao longo da linha paralela mas não próxima à parede externa da zona de assentamento do molde, Entre, a segunda formulação líquida projetada para produzir uma espuma rígida é despejada mais proxímo da parede externa do molde que a linha de despejamento da primeira formulação de espuma líquida. A segunda formulação de espuma líquida é então deixada espalhar-se sobre a primeira formulação de espuma líquida, o molde éfechado e as espumas são deixads crescer e curar no molde. O processo produz um artigo tendo excelente área de assentamento de espuma estratificada.
