Abstract

PERFECCIONAMIENTO INTRODUCIDO EN PROCESO DE OBTENCIÓN DE COMPUESTOS TÉRMINOS ESTRUCTURALES mediante de la unión de diversos materiales sintéticos (F), a los cuales pasan por una fase de acoplamientos (unión de los materiales), para luego ser calentado y prensado en moldes (M) de un tamaño específico para cada pieza que se vaya a moldear, a las temperaturas y presiones adecuadas para la fusión de estos elementos, siendo dicho compuesto término estructural (1) obtenido a partir de la formación del sustrato (S), con moldeado de fibras (F) sintéticas, espumas, etc, preferencialmente Non Woven (NW - TNT) + Película PE + Fibra vidrio + Espuma semi-rígida PU embebida en una formulación química (FO) de Diisocianato de difenilmetano (MDI) en la proporción entre el 30% y el 80% y Cloruro Metileno (CM) en la proporción entre el 20% al 70%; siendo que para el procesamiento del producto, se utiliza un catalizador preparado a base de Dabco Cristal en la proporción entre el 1% y el 30%; añadiendo agua en la proporción entre el 70% y el 99%, que puede este substrato (S), durante la fase de moldeo en caliente, recibir la adición de acabados (5) y, después de la fase de moldeo, recibir la adición de elementos estructurales menores y adicionales (6).
