Abstract

"SISTEMA DE ALIMENTAçãO DE MATERIAL PARA UM COMPARTIMENTO DE CAMADAS MúLTIPLAS E MéTODO NA OPERAçãO DE UM COMPARTIMENTO DE CAMADAS MúLTIPLAS". A invenção refere-se a um sistema de alimentação de material para um compartimento de camadas múltiplas (10). Um conceito de material (M~ 1~, M~ 2~...) é passado a cada coletor de entrada (11, 12, 13) em um compartimento de camadas múltiplas (10), esses conceitos de material tendo sido produzidos do mesmo material de partida (M) adicionando ao material de partida os produtos químicos e cargas necessários. O sistema compreende um único recipiente de material de partida (17) e existem linhas de material (18a~ 1~, 18a~ 2~, 18a~ 2.1~, 18a~ 2.3~) aos quais são adicionados as cargas, aditivos e equivalentes de acorco com as necessidades de cada conceito. O sistema de alimentação de material do compartimento de camadas múltiplas compreende pelo menos um desses distribuidores de fibras (200a~ 1~, 200a~ 2~, 200a~ 3~) através do qual fibras longas são transferidas do material que forma a camada superficial (a~ 1~; a~ 2~) do papel para o material que forma uma camada colocada no interior do papel, preferivelmente a camada intermediária (b), na qual se permite que fibras de conexão de compartimento menor quando comparadas com a distribuição média das fibras no material básico derivado do recipiente de material (17) permaneçam na camada superficial (a~ 1~; a~ 2~) do papel/papelão e se permite que as fibras longas comparadas com a distribuição média das fibras permaneçam na camada intermediária (b) e/ou sejam transferidas para a camada intermediária.
