Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO DE UM CORPO DE COLMéIA METáLICO DE SOLDAGEM FORTE"<D>. Para a manufatura de um corpo de colméia metálico (1) que é enrolado, enrolado em camada ou presilha em camadas de metal laminado pelo menos parcialmente estruturadas (2, 3), propõe-se prover pelo menos as camadas de metal laminado estruturas (2) com uma camada de óleo de rolagem (4), até o ponto em que isto não esteja já presente no processo de produção das camadas de metal laminado (2). Uma etapa para remoção térmica parcial dos componentes altamente voláteis do óleo de rolagem (7) pode ser dar seq³ência. O corpo da colméia (1) produzido das camadas laminadas de metal (2, 3) é colocado em contato com um pó de soldagem forte (7) que permanece colado ao óleo de rolagem (4) em particular na área das linhas de contato entre as lâminas. O corpo da colméia é subseq³entemente sujeito a um processo de soldagem forte numa fornalha de soldagem forte de alta temperatura sob vácuo ou um gás protetor.
