Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"FERRAMENTAS DE PRESSãO"<D>. Uma ferramenta de pressão (1) para formar uma massa compressível (5) em um anel circular de diâmetros interno e externo dados e comprimento axial, a ferramenta possuindo partes de ferramenta externa e interna radialmente móvel (3, 4) adaptadas para expandir e contrair respectivamente para formar a massa (5) aos diâmetros interno e externo desejados, e um elemento anular móvel axialmente (29) possuindo uma face de trabalho (30) para formar a massa compressível (5) ao comprimento axial desejado, caracterizado pelo fato de que cada uma das partes da ferramenta (3, 4) compreende uma primeira série de elementos radialmente móveis (9, 11), cada um desses elementos (9, 11) é formado com uma cabeça (13, 15) possuindo uma face de trabalho (17, 19) curvado ao diâmetro desejado, e em que cada uma das partes da ferramenta (3, 4) compreende uma segunda série dos elementos radialmente móveis (10, 12) que são interpostos entre os elementos respectivos da primeira série (9, 11) e que cada uma possui uma cabeça (14, 16) possuindo uma face de trabalho (18, 20), uma parte central (21, 22) da qual a face de trabalho é curvada ao diâmetro desejado e partes externas inclinadas opostas (23, 24) que são formatadas para contato deslizante contra as faces traseiras (25, 26) das cabeças (13, 15) de elementos adjacentes respectivos da primeira série, por onde as primeira e segunda séries de elementos móveis podem ser movidas radialmente para comprimir a massa compressível no diâmetro desejado e de modo que durante pelo menos uma parte do movimento radial, as cabeças (13, 14, 15, 16) das primeira e segunda séries formam superfícies contínuas substancialmente anulares.
