Um disco de embreagem, especialmente para embreagens de fricção em veículos automotores, com um disco de cubo (2) assentado sobre um cubo (1), chapas de cobertura (3, 4) assentadas coaxialmente nos dois lados do mesmo, um amortecedor de vibrações de torção com molas (21) cooperando com o disco de cubo (2) e as chapas de cobertura (3, 4) e uma mola de prato (10) inserida entre o disco de cubo (2) e uma das chapas de cobertura (3 ou 4), a qual engata em reentrâncias (7) em uma das chapas de cobertura (3 ou 4) por meiode braços (11) radialmente interiores, é caracterizado pelo fato de que a mola de prato (10) é inserida sob protensão radial na chapa de cobertura (3 ou 4).
