Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"ATOMIZADOR DE Pó"<D>. Um atomizador de pó aperfeiçoado compreendendo uma bandeja cilíndrica, um elemento cilíndrico resilientemente deformável, o qual é apoiado para rotação em torno de um eixo, dentro da bandeja. A bandeja é montada coaxialmente ao elemento. O elemento e a bandeja definem entre eles um venturi de forma cilíndrica, dentro do qual é alimentado pó. O venturi tem uma entrada e uma saída espaçadas a parte radialmente. é provido meios para girar o elemento dentro da bandeja a velocidades superiores à velocidade requerida para lançar o pó do elemento por força centrífuga. O elemento extrai ar ambiente através do venturi e atomiza e desaglomera o pó alimentado dentro da entrada do venturi, desta forma formando uma nuvem de material particulado fluindo uniformemente a qual é uniforme tanto longitudinalmente quanto lateralmente ao dito eixo. A invenção também provê um alimentador atomizador e uma combinação de alimentador atomizador e combinação de desaglomerador com um alimentador tal como divulgado na Patente U.S. No. 5.314.090 a qual é particularmente útil em aplicações de revestimento de lâminas grandes para produzir uma nuvem particulada a qual é uniforme tanto lateralmente quanto longitudinalmente à lâmina e uniforme tanto em distribuição de particulado quanto em tamanho de particulado através da nuvem fluindo uniformemente.
