Abstract

"NOVAS ISOQUINOLINAS FUNDIDAS COMO LIGANTES DE RECEPTOR DE DOPAMINA". A presente invenção é dirigida a novos ligantes de receptor de dopamina de fórmula (I), formulações farmacêuticas de tais compostos,e um método de utilização de tais compostos para o tratamento de um paciente sofrendo de disfunção relacionada a dopamina do sistema nervoso central ou periférico.
