Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA TRANSFERIR CALOR ENTRE AR DE TEMPERATURA CONTROLADA E UM PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO EM UMA CâMARA DE COZIMENTO EM UM FORNO DE MICROONDAS, E, FORNO DE MICROONDAS". Uma combinação de forno de microondas e de incidência de ar e correspondentes processos para o aquecimento de produtos alimentares. O forno tem dois magnétrons (22b) e um sistema de movimentação de ar que inclui dois ou mais dutos de movimento alternativo (31a, 31b) através dos quais ar é ministrado ao interior do forno (10). Os dutos rotatórios (31a, 31b) são configurados para agitar a energia de microondas no forno para prevenir a formação de pontos superaquecidos e varrer a radiação de microondas sobre a superfície do produto alimentício. Uma divisória foraminosa configuradas para circundar uma parte da câmara de cozimento, tem uma parte central e extremidades montadas para dividir o interior do gabinete em uma câmara de cozimento e uma câmara calefatora de ar.
