Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"SISTEMA DE FUNDIçãO"<D>. Para a melhora da operação, especialmente para possibilitar um uso universal, em que em somente um recipiente de reator pode ser purificado tanto líquido como também metal bruto, especialmente ferro, um recipiente de reator (1) é configurado no tipo de conversor com um compartimento relativamente grande acima de uma massa fundida (7) e de uma escória (8) disposta acima. Para a remoção de escória (8) através de uma calha de escória (18') obturável, o sistema de fundição pode ser girado em torno de um ponto de rotação (20), em torno <sym> 8. Para a remoção completa da massa fundida (7) através de uma calha de massa fundida (17') na região de fundo do sistema de fundição, este pode ser girado em torno de um ponto de rotação (19), em torno de <sym> 30. Uma bobina indutora (16), alimentada com corrente contínua, em torno do sistema de fundição (1) serve para a atenuação magnética de movimentos de massa fundida (7) e/ou escória (8) no interior do sistema de fundição. Na operação de conversor, um eletrodo de grafite (5) utilizado na operação a arco voltaico é trocado por um conduto de alimentação de gás, através do qual, então, é aduzido oxigênio sob pressão.
