Abstract

disposição aplicada a comporta tubular articulada. o presente modelo de utilidade pertence ao setor de dispositivos aplicados a estações de tratamento de água, e se refere, mais especificamente, a uma comporta tubular de controle de dutos de água de tanques de armazenamento. é composto por uma tubulação em “l” formada por uma linha de maior diâmetro (1a) e uma linha acoplada (1b) de menor diâmetro, sendo que a linha (1b) é montada junto a parede por sobreposta (7) montada por elementos de fixação (6) junto a gaxetas (5), montada por mancais (4) e justaposta ao flange (2) por trava (3); a linha (1a) é conectada a um contrapeso (9) formado por paredes de chapa com concreto; e dispõe ainda de tubo de encaixe (8) de movimentação manual. é composto uma linha de descarga em “l” (1a)(1b) manufaturada em tubo de aço carbono com o diâmetro de acordo com a vazão solicitada. a câmara também é confeccionada em tubo de aço carbono de diâmetro superior a linha de descarga estabelecida. a parte traseira é composta de flange (2) para a conexão com a tubulação do efluente do decantador. ainda nesta parte, estão dimensionados pontos de esbarro para equalizar o empuxo provocado pelo fluxo da água. o sistema de vedação é feito através de anéis de gaxeta (5) prensados por sobreposta (7) para estabelecer estanqueidade total.
