Abstract

método e aparelho para realização de monitoramento de integridade. a fim de reduzir o trabalho de manutenção e melhorar a confiabilidade a longo prazo, a invenção fornece um método de monitoramento de integridade para verificar a funcionalidade de um aparelho de acionamento da superfície de controle de voo (104) usando pelo menos um sensor de carga (110) para detectar uma carga imposta em um dispositivo de acionamento da superfície de controle (106), o método compreendendo pelo menos uma das etapas: a) bloquear o movimento do dispositivo de transmissão (108) por meio de um dispositivo de freio (118), b) comandar o dispositivo de acionamento da superfície de controle (106) para aplicar uma carga no dispositivo de transmissão bloqueado (108), e c) determinar se pelo menos um sinal de saída do sensor de carga (62) de pelo menos um sensor de carga (110) está dentro de uma faixa predeterminada. além disso, são descritos um aparelho de acionamento da superfície de controle de voo (104), um sistema de controle de voo (100) e uma aeronave (10) compreendendo um dispositivo de controle (112) configurado para comandar automaticamente a condução de tal método de monitoramento de integridade.
