Abstract
processo de fermentação em lote alimentado. a presente invenção se refere a um método para cultivo de um microrganismo, compreendendo as etapas de: (i) adicionar a um primeiro biorreator um meio e um inóculo compreendendo o microrganismo e produzir um caldo de fermentação em cultura em lote alimentado; e (ii) adicionar a um segundo biorreator um segundo meio e parte do caldo de fermentação da etapa (i) e produzir um segundo caldo de fermentação em uma segunda cultura em lote alimentado; e (iii) adicionar a um próximo biorreator um próximo meio e uma parte do caldo de fermentação da etapa (ii), e produzir um próximo caldo de fermentação em uma próxima cultura em lote alimentado; em que uma alimentação é introduzida aos primeiro, segundo e próximo biorreatores.
