composto, o isômero óptico do mesmo, o solvato do mesmo, o hidrato do mesmo ou o sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo e seu uso, composição farmacêutica que compreende o dito composto, composição de alimento funcional para a saúde e preparação combinada. a presente invenção está relacionada a um derivado de benzamida, um método de preparação do mesmo e uma composição farmacêutica para a prevenção ou tratamento de câncer contendo o mesmo como ingrediente ativo. o derivado de benzamida, de acordo com um aspecto da presente invenção, pode ser usado na prevenção ou tratamento do câncer ao suprimir a mutação de egfr e, quando administrado em combinação com um antagonista de egfr, como o cetuximabe, exibe um efeito sinérgico significativo na atividade anticancerígena e, portanto, pode ser usado de forma eficaz como um agente anticancerígeno.
