métodos para determinação de rejeição de transplante.a presente divulgação fornece métodos para preparação e análise de amostras biológicas de receptores de transplante para determinação de rejeição de transplante, compreendendo: (a) medir a quantidade de torque teno virus (ttv) em uma amostra de sangue, plasma, soro ou urina de um receptor do transplante; (b) medir a quantidade de dna isento de células derivado do doador em uma amostra de sangue, plasma, soro ou urina do receptor do transplante; e (c) determinar se a quantidade de dna isento de células derivado do doador ou uma função do mesmo excede um limite de corte indicando rejeição do transplante e se o receptor do transplante tem uma quantidade aumentada ou diminuída de ttv indicando resposta imune diminuída ou aumentada, respectivamente.
