método para produção de grânulos expandidos de resina à base de polipropileno e grânulos expandidos de resina à base de polipropileno. é provido um método para produzir grânulos expandidos de resina à base de polipropileno (20) e os grânulos expandidos de resina à base de polipropileno (20) obtidos que são capazes de suprimir a ocorrência de um problema de bloqueio e um problema de acúmulo de manchas, mantendo boas características de ligação por fusão entre os grânulos expandidos (20) durante a inserção moldagem de moldes. o método para produzir grânulos expandidos (20) de resina à base de polipropileno (20) inclui uma etapa de dispersão, uma etapa de impregnação do agente de expansão e uma etapa de formação de espuma, em que grânulos de resina à base de polipropileno (10) usados na etapa de dispersão incluem uma camada de núcleo (11) tendo uma resina à base de polipropileno como resina de material de base e uma camada de ligação por fusão (12) cobrindo a camada de núcleo (11); a camada de ligação por fusão (12) dos grânulos de resina à base de polipropileno (10) inclui carbono negro e uma amina impedida do tipo nor; uma proporção de mistura do carbono negro na camada de ligação por fusão (12) dos grânulos de resina à base de polipropileno (10) é ajustada para 0,5% em peso ou mais e 5% em peso ou menos; e uma proporção de mistura da amina impedida do tipo nor na camada de ligação por fusão (12) dos grânulos de resina à base de polipropileno (10) é ajustada para 0,03% em peso ou mais e 0,5% em peso ou menos; além disso, os grânulos expandidos (20) de resina à base de polipropileno (20) têm uma superfície na qual está localizada uma camada de ligação por fusão (22); a camada de ligação por fusão (22) inclui o carbono negro e a amina impedida do tipo nor; uma proporção de mistura do carbono negro na camada de ligação por fusão (22) é de 0,5% em peso ou mais e 5% em peso ou menos; e uma proporção de mistura da amina impedida na camada de ligação por fusão (22) é de 0,03% em peso ou mais e 0,5% em peso ou menos.
