estrutura de transcrição gênica,sistema vetorial, método de edição da sequência do genoma e aplicação. a presente invenção refere-se a uma estrutura de transcrição do gene, um sistema de vetor, um método de edição de sequência do genoma e respetiva aplicação. a estrutura de transcrição gênica é baseada em um mecanismo de retrotransposição eucariótica e pode ser mediada por uma via de dna, rna ou rnp, e compreende a sequência de produção de transcrição que compreende uma ou mais sequência a montante do sítio alvo, uma sequência a ser inserida e uma sequência a jusante do sítio alvo, um ou mais sine (elemento(s)), uma ou mais line (elemento(s)), uma ou mais sequência(s) de codificação da orf1p e/ou uma ou mais sequência(s) de codificação da orf2p. de acordo com o método de edição de genes, com base na premissa de que sistemas ou substâncias estranhas não são introduzidos tanto quanto possível e quebras de fita dupla não são geradas, transferindo o sistema de edição de genes para o núcleo ou citoplasma através de uma via de dna, rna ou rnp (rna ou rnp é transferido do citoplasma para o núcleo através da mediação orf1p e/ou orf2p), o fragmento alvo é inserido em um local designado em um genoma ou o fragmento designado no genoma é excluído ou substituído, e alta precisão de direcionamento é alcançada.
