uma sonda raman e aparelho e método para medição in vivo não invasiva da presença ou concentração do analito. a presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho e método para medição in vivo não invasiva, por espectroscopia raman, de glicose presente em fluido intersticial na pele de um indivíduo. o aparelho compreende pelo menos um detector; uma pluralidade de lasers de emissão de superfície de cavidade vertical espacialmente distribuídos em torno do pelo menos um detector, para irradiar a pele de um indivíduo; em que o pelo menos um detector é configurado para receber radiação dispersa de raman transmitida da amostra em resposta à radiação recebida dos lasers de emissão de superfície de cavidade vertical.
