Abstract

PILHA DE MATERIAL LAMINAR PARA FORMAR EMBALAGENS E MÉTODO DE USO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma pilha de material laminar, tal como papelão corrugado ou semelhante, para formar embalagens, tal pilha (S) compreendendo painéis completos (P) tendo um comprimento total predeterminado (W) e formado com vincos transversais (C) ao longo dos quais os painéis completos (P) são dobrados em pregas sanfonadas. A pilha (S) compreende pelo menos um corte longitudinal (T) em cada painel completo (P) para formar pelo menos duas pilhas adjacentes transversalmente (S, S) de painéis parciais (P', P) com respectivas larguras parciais (W', W), que são menores que a largura total (W). O pelo menos um corte (T) está incompleto, de modo que cada painel parcial (P') de uma respectiva pilha (S') e o painel parcial (P) da pilha (S) adjacente à mesma tenham pelo menos uma seção de conexão (J) entre os mesmos, tendo um comprimento mínimo predeterminado (H), para manter os painéis parciais (P', P) das pilhas adjacentes (S', S) juntos, para assim manter as pilhas adjacentes (S', S) alinhadas substancialmente, facilitando a separação de cada um dos painéis parciais (P', P) à medida que são desenrolados por uma ação de tração de cada pilha adjacente (S', S). Também é fornecido um método de uso de uma pilha (S) de material laminar em uma unidade de carregamento de uma instalação para fazer embalagens de caixa.
