Abstract
DISPOSITIVO DE FIXAÇÃO DE TIRA DE TESTE E MÉTODO PARA DETERMINAR A CONCENTRAÇÃO DE UM ANALITO EM UM FLUIDO CORPORAL. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de fixação de tira de teste configurado para ser usado em um método para determinar a concentração de um analito em um fluido corporal usando um dispositivo móvel (128) com uma câmera (130), o método compreendendo a captura pela câmera (128) de pelo menos uma imagem contendo pelo menos uma parte de uma tira de teste óptico (118) e pelo menos uma parte do dispositivo de fixação de tira de teste, a tira de teste óptico (118) tendo uma amostra do fluido corporal aplicada em uma região de teste de reagente (120) da tira de teste óptico (118), em que a imagem compreende pelo menos uma parte da região de teste de reagente (120) com a amostra do fluido corporal aplicado ao mesmo, e em que a imagem compreende pelo menos uma parte de uma superfície superior (110) do dispositivo de fixação de tira de teste; o dispositivo de fixação de tira de teste compreendendo: a) uma forma plana; b) uma porção recortada (116); c) uma superfície superior (110) compreendendo uma pluralidade de campos de referência de cor (112, 114, 148, 150, 152, 154) tendo valores de cor de referência conhecidos, incluindo campos de referência cinza (114, 150) dispostos localmente em torno da porção recortada (116) e em torno de pelo menos alguns dos campos de referência de cor não cinza (112, 148, 152, 154); e compreendendo elementos de código de detecção de posição (122); d) uma superfície inferior (104) compreendendo um elemento de fixação para conexão destacável da tira de teste óptico em relação ao dispositivo de fixação de tira de teste, de modo que a região de teste do reagente possa ser alinhada com a porção recortada (116).
