Abstract
PROCESSO E INSTALAÇÃO DE TRATAMENTO PARA TRATAMENTO FÍSICO E TERMOQUÍMICO DE BIOMASSA. A invenção se refere a um processo para o tratamento físico e termoquímico de biomassa (5), no qual a umidade contida na biomassa (5) é reduzida, e, além disso, amoníaco (NH3) é liberado do processo de secagem da biomassa (5). A biomassa seca (5) é pirolisada, em seguida, em um reator de pirólise (2), e o gás de pirólise é transportado para um dispositivo de queima (3) e queimado neste em gás de combustão, ou, em uma unidade de instalação para combustão (17), é queimado em gás de combustão que é alimentado, respectivamente, a um dispositivo de mistura (9). Oxigênio (O2) é adicionado ao gás de combustão no dispositivo de mistura (9) e é alimentado diretamente ao dispositivo de secagem (4), como gás de secagem. Ao passar o gás de secagem pelo dispositivo de secagem (4), o dióxido de enxofre (SO2) e/ou o trióxido de enxofre (SO3), dentre outros, contido no gás de secagem, reage quimicamente com o amoníaco (NH3) para sulfito de amônio ((NH4)2SO3) e/ou sulfato de amônia ((NH4)2SO4). Além disso, a invenção se refere também a uma instalação de tratamento (1) para o tratamento físico e termoquímico da biomassa (5).
