Abstract

SISTEMA DE IMPLANTE. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de implante (100) para promover um processo osteossintético em um espaço entre dois fragmentos ósseos (40) em um osso (50) de um endosqueleto, particularmente, de um mamífero humano. Para disponibilizar um tal sistema de implante (100) que permite uma reconstrução óssea específica do osso (50) do paciente, em particular, da ulna e do rádio, em que o espaço entre os dois fragmentos ósseos (20) resultante da correção pode ser fornecido com um aumento (10) artificial ajustado especificamente ao paciente, é previsto um aumento (10) que pode ser inserido no espaço entre os dois fragmentos ósseos (40); uma placa de osteossíntese (20), que pode ser fixada no osso (50) e no aumento (10); e um dispositivo de conexão (30) para a conexão do aumento (10) e da placa de osteossíntese (20).
