Abstract
SISTEMAS CATALISADORES DE METALOCENO COM ÓXIDOS SÓLIDOS TRATADOS QUIMICAMENTE PARA PRODUÇÃO DE PLASTÔMEROS E ELASTÔMEROS À BASE DE ETILENO. Trata-se de processos de polimerização para produção de plastômeros e elastômeros à base de etileno com densidades inferiores a 0,91 g/cm3 que utilizam um sistema catalisador à base de metaloceno contendo um óxido sólido tratado quimicamente. Esses processos de polimerização podem ser conduzidos em um reator de pasta fluida, um reator de solução e/ou um reator de fase gasosa. Os polímeros de etileno produzidos a partir do processo de polimerização podem ser caracterizados por uma densidade inferior a 0,91 g/cm3, um parâmetro CY-a inferior a 0,2 e uma razão de HLMI/MI de pelo menos 30, ou uma densidade inferior a 0,91 g/cm3, um parâmetro CY-a de 0,25 a 0,75 e uma razão de Mw/Mn de 2 a 3.
