Abstract

MÉTODO PARA TRATAR UM CÂNCER GD2 POSITIVO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para tratar um neuroblastoma recém-diagnosticado em um paciente através da administração do anticorpo anti-GD2 quimérico dinutuximabe beta ao paciente em combinação com quimioterapia de indução. O anticorpo anti-GD2 quimérico dinutuximabe beta é administrado em uma dose cumulativa de até 500 mg/m2 e/ou em uma dose de até 100 mg/m2 por ciclo durante um ou mais ciclos de quimioterapia de indução, e/ou a uma densidade de tratamento de até 5 mg/m2 /dia.
