Abstract
MÉTODOS LIVRE DE CROMATOGRAFIA LÍQUIDA PARA QUANTIFICAR ANTICORPOS ALVO EM UMA AMOSTRA E PARA QUANTIFICAR UM PRODUTO DE DROGA DE PROTEÍNA EM UMA AMOSTRA BIOLÓGICA. Métodos livres de cromatografia líquida para quantificar uma proteína alvo em uma amostra são fornecidos. Uma modalidade fornece um método livre de cromatografia líquida para quantificar anticorpos alvo em uma amostra, incluindo as etapas de aumentar a amostra com um anticorpo padrão interno marcado, digerir os anticorpos na amostra para produzir peptídeos, fracionar os peptídeos; e quantificar os anticorpos alvo usando um sistema MS2 de infusão direta contendo uma ou mais armadilhas de íons e dois ou mais filtros de massa quadripolo e um ionizador de eletropulverização, em que o método é livre de cromatografia líquida.
