CONJUGADOS ANTICORPO BIESPECÍFICO - FÁRMACO DIRECIONADOS A EGFR E MUC1 E USOS DOS MESMOS. A presente invenção refere-se a imunoconjugados compreendendo conjugados de anticorpos biespecíficos anti-MUC1/EGFR com porções baseadas em hemiasterlina por meio de ligantes cliváveis, e composições farmacêuticas dos mesmos. São fornecidos também métodos para tratar câncer usando tais imunoconjugados e composições farmacêuticas.
