Abstract

DISPOSITIVO, PROCESSO PARA FORNECER ARTIGOS A SEREM ACONDICIONADOS E APARELHO DE ACONDICIONAMENTO. Trata-se de um dispositivo (300) e um processo para fornecer artigos a serem acondicionados com um aparelho de acondicionamento (100), em que os artigos (1) a serem acondicionados são transportados em uma primeira linha transportadora (113), em que é possível realizar a disposição dos artigos, de acordo com um padrão desejado, que é repetido em uma linha transportadora (115) da qual os artigos serão coletados em uma estação subsequente, e para este fim, é fornecido pelo menos um dispositivo para transferir (251a, 251b) artigos a serem acondicionados a partir da primeira linha transportadora (113) para a segunda linha coletora (115), com um braço de transferência semovente (126) e um respectivo dispositivo de preensão (127) que é fornecido para coletar os ditos artigos a serem acondicionados (1) e que compreende uma pluralidade de elementos de preensão (128) que são móveis entre eles por uma primeira configuração, na qual os elementos de preensão (128) são alinhados entre si para agarrar os artigos a partir da primeira linha transportadora (113), para uma segunda configuração, na qual pelo menos dois dos elementos de preensão (128) são escalonados um em relação ao outro, de modo a colocar os artigos a serem acondicionados (1) de acordo com um padrão predeterminado.
