Abstract
PROCESSO PARA SINTETIZAR COMPOSTOS DE TRIARILMETANO SULFONADO. É descrito um processo para sintetizar um composto correspondente à fórmula [Chem I] este processo compreendendo pelo menos as seguintes etapas: a) condensar o composto benzaldeído da fórmula [Chem II] com a dialquilanilina da fórmula [Chem III] para dar o trifenilmetano da fórmula [Chem IV], b) tratar o trifenilmetano da fórmula [Chem IV] com ácido sulfúrico para formar a trifenilmetano sulfonado da fórmula [Chem V], c) oxidar o trifenilmetano sulfonado de fórmula [Chem V] com uma quinona. Também é descrito o uso deste processo para a preparação de azul patente.
