Abstract

MÉTODO PARA DETERMINAR A PRESENÇA OU A CONCENTRAÇÃO DE UMA PARTÍCULA DE ANALITO EM UMA AMOSTRA E APARELHO OU SISTEMA PARA REALIZAR O MÉTODO. São fornecidos no presente documento sistemas, dispositivos e métodos para a medição rápida e precisa de agregação induzida por ligação de partículas de analito de partículas repórteres. Na presença de partículas de analito de interesse, as partículas repórteres formam agregados que aumentam em tamanho de partícula médio na medida em que a concentração de analito aumenta. A partir da análise do tamanho de partícula médio, determinados a partir de quadros de amostra, a presença e/ou a concentração de analito pode ser determinada.
