Abstract

SISTEMA E MÉTODO DE ALIMENTAÇÃO DE FIXADORES. A presente invenção refere-se a sistema de alimentação de fixadores (16) e a método para distribuir automaticamente fixadores (24) a pluralidade de células de fabricação (14b), em linha de fabricação (10) a partir de um único ponto de carga. O sistema de alimentação de fixadores (16) inclui uma montagem de distribuição de fixadores (20) e uma montagem de transporte (22) para selecionar e distribuir fixadores (24) às células de fabricação (14b). Fixadores (24) individuais são selecionados a partir de um reservatório de fixadores (26a, 26b) por um manipulador robótico (30) da montagem de distribuição de fixadores (20) e são colocados em um portador de fixadores (34), suportado na estrutura de condução (32), estendendo-se entre a montagem de distribuição de fixadores (20) e as células de fabricação (14b), para movimento ao longo dela. O portador de fixadores (34) é controlado para movimentar-se ao longo da trilha (32) para distribuir um ou mais fixadores (24) a uma célula de fabricação (14b).
