Abstract

TECIDO NÃO TECIDO COMPÓSITO E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE UM TECIDO NÃO TECIDO COMPÓSITO. Um tecido não tecido compósito (1, 51, 61) e um processo (100, 101, 102) para a produção do tecido não tecido compósito (1, 51, 61) são mostrados, em que o tecido não tecido compósito (1, 51, 61) compreende pelo menos um não tecido spunbonded (8, 54, 64), que apresenta filamentos celulósicos regenerados essencialmente contínuos (4, 55, 65) depositados em uma orientação aleatória, e pelo menos uma camada (52, 62) de fibras curtas biodegradáveis de base biológica (14, 53, 63). Para prover um tecido não tecido compósito totalmente biodegradável do tipo inicialmente mencionado, que apresenta uma alta estabilidade e resistência à tração, bem como boas propriedades de absorção e propriedades hápticas e, além disso, poder ser produzido de forma econômica, é sugerido que o tecido não tecido compósito (1, 51, 61) tenha pelo menos uma área de mistura (56, 66) na qual os filamentos (4, 55, 65) do não tecido spunbonded (8, 54, 64) e as fibras curtas (14, 53, 63) estão presentes em estado de interligação física.
